What the form collects
We collect your name, email, business name or website, the work you want more of, the landing-page or referring guide path, and submission time. We use this to assess and respond to your enquiry and prepare requested advice or a quote. Please avoid including sensitive personal information.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database through OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure. Authorised site administrators can access them. Form submissions are also sent through FormSubmit to our Gmail inbox at gainly.nz@gmail.com so we can respond. These providers process the contact details and message you submit. Hosting providers may process information outside New Zealand. This website does not publish your submission or automatically add you to a mailing list.
Map display
The Christchurch map is a locally hosted, edited image supplied from Google Maps. Viewing it does not load an external map service. Following the map link opens Google Maps. The image illustrates the local area and does not identify a Gainly office.
Spam protection and site usage
The site uses a daily hash derived from the visitor IP address to limit repeated form submissions. Rate-limit records expire after two days and are cleared during later submissions. Hosting infrastructure may keep operational logs. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, pages viewed, and successful enquiry submissions. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects usage information such as device and browser details and approximate location. We do not send the name, email, business details or message entered in the enquiry form to Google Analytics. Google may process analytics information outside New Zealand. You can limit analytics using your browser privacy controls or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Retention and your choices
You can choose not to submit the form. We retain enquiries while needed to respond, provide agreed services, or meet applicable obligations, and review stored information for removal when it is no longer needed. Use the form to request access, correction, or deletion; we may need to verify the request relates to you.
